Recently, we downgraded our Acer Aspire 5750 from Windows 8 to Windows 7 because the laptop was becoming very laggy.
Now in Windows 7, it's still lagging and slow to responses and I checked out Task Manager, nothing seems to be eating up my cpu usage. It's at a steady 4% or so but the computer is still slow at responding or unresponsive at all.
