So i recently built a new pc with an i5 6500 and and a z170-E from Asus. I didn't go with the I5-6600k as i thought you could go back to an old bios and do so like that. Well, i just used the bios out of the bios as I assumed that would allow it. I tried to look up guides on how to do it for this mobo or the Z170-a which is basically the same motherboard, but I couldn't find anything. Just some on how I could still be able to bclk my i5-6500 would be very helpful.

Solution
As you no doubt know the none "K" version chips are locked and only with certain MBs that have a modded Bios can Overclock. You can have limited OC with Turbo boost but that's it and I don't think you can OC BCLK with the Z170-E MB with your Bios.
I have however found a guide which may help: http://overclocking.guide/asus-z170-non-k-overclocking-guide/
