My specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte P55 UD3P
Graphics Card: Gigabyte GTX 1050ti
RAM: 8gb
Processor: Intel I5 750 @2.67 GHz
HDD: Sapphire 1tb

OS: Windows 7 64x
-------------------------------------------------
My issue started a few weeks ago when I noticed that I was having some GPU issues so I took my computer into a store and they recommended I get a new graphics card, mine was a few years old at the time anyway so I did.

After I got the PC back I couldn't boot into windows at all so I did a fresh install of windows and at that stage I could successfully boot into windows normally but I didn't have my GPU drivers activated, so I booted into safe mode, installed the drivers and then restarted the PC in normal mode.
After doing this I found that 1 of 2 things would happen while booting, it would freeze at the "Starting Windows" screen with the windows logo, or it would just turn off after the logo's animation finished on the start screen.

I have reinstalled and cleaned the drivers 3 times and even reinstalled windows again yet the issue persists.
Meaning I can boot into windows fine as long as the drivers aren't installed for my current GPU

I have already done a memtest, PSU test and hard drive test yet none of these seem to be the issue.

Any help with this issue is appreciated,
Thanks.
