[SOLVED] iPhone 6S Freezing?

Hi,

I have recently been playing 'Subway Surfers' on my iPhone 6S, when all of a sudden, the game froze, and all of the buttons on my iPhone 6S, other than the power off/on button, stopped working. This has occurred multiple times, but only on 'Subway Surfers'. As well, my iPhone 6S's screen randomly dims at certain points (for no reason, I could be at 97%, and it would dim, and would stay like that until I restarted my iPhone 6S). Why are these being caused? I have heard about the battery on certain iPhone 6S's having issues with them, during the time period they were purchased, which mine falls into (October to December 2015).

It's possible which is generally what wiping the phone to a fresh OS proves. If it works after the fresh OS install, it was a software issue. If it continues to have issues you've got yourself a hardware problem.

No idea what that could be but even if it was under warranty the first thing apple would have you do is wipe the phone and set up as new iPhone (no backup restores).

So... unless you can think of other things to try you should give that a try. If it doesn't fix the issue keep you backups so that you can restore it.

Do you believe that it may be part of the fact that my iPhone 6S might be a bit bent? I can't tell for sure, as my case is a LIFEPROOF case, and you it's difficult to open, but I feel some space when I press down on the back of the case, and sometimes hear my iPhone 6S click.

Ok. How should I make backups, and then wipe my iPhone 6S?
