Please help me, I've spent $2.4K on a brand new gaming PC and I hope there are some solutions.

Specs:
$979 | GPU | ASUS GTX 1080 Strix Aura A8G
$344 | CPU | Intel Core i5 7600K 3.8GHz
$255 | MOBO| ASUS PRIME Z270-AR
$229 | SSD | Samsung 850 EVO 500GB
$185 | CASE| CoolerMaster MasterCase Pro 5
$149 | PSU | Corsair CS650 650 Watt 80+ Gold
$139 | RAM | G Skill Ripjaws V DDR4 16GB
$099 | COOL| Noctua NH-U14S

Errors:
1. SSD isn't recognised - I booted up the BIOS with a USB, and there were no drives found. I did manually check for drives, no luck. My cables are fine.
2. USBs on motherboard don't work - They used to work, but I was booting up the windows 10 installer on my USB, and when I realised there were no drives and I couldn't install it, I clicked the X which shut down my computer, and now none of my USB ports work.
3. My ASUS 1080 Strix's fans only spin the second I turn my computer on, then they turn off. I've heard they only spin under heavy load but I'm not sure.

So now, I cannot boot my computer up at ALL, because neither USBs my SSD work.

All my computer's parts light up and my fans spin.
