Get this, ultrawide isn't quite there in terms of a mix of refresh rate and pixel density, i'd wait until 1440p 144hz ultrawides before I'd consider buying one for gaming, there are too many cons and not enough support right now to warrant a purchase.
Anything bigger than a 500GB SSD is overkill for gaming, even that's pushing it.
You only need to store OS and software, maybe a few games you want lower loading times in. (that's the only benefit of games on an SSD)
A HDD is best for the rest.

Also there are now 144Hz IPS ultrawides for quite a low price, i'll sub one in for you.
No, that motherboard is way overkill, just there for the flashy lights and minimal extra features.
Looks really nice though, worth it if you have the funds.
