I know there are already a few similar problem, but I was unable to find real answer. It is old but it just very unreasonable to throw away 560Ti just because it got blackscreen AFTER installing driver. It works fine without driver although performance pretty much downed similar to onboard gpu.
The problem start when I start using window 8 then continued to window 10. In both window the problem was the same, black screen AFTER driver installed.
If its broken, why still work without driver?
Please give some real answer.

AMD Phenom II X4-B55
2x4Gb DDR3-1600
SSD 240Gb
Gtx-560Ti
FSP 500W hexa2
