You need to install the OS (Windows, Linux) on your SSD.
Easiest way is with a bootable usb drive.

There are also plenty of videos on YouTube...just type installing windows 7/10 (don't know which one you have) from USB drive

Great. Now you'll need an empty USB with at least 4GB of space. Then just follow the instructions in that link. It's an official walkthrough from Microsoft.

You should install it on SSD, not HDD. Yes there is. You will have to install drivers once you have your OS up and running.
