I am planning to upgrade my Current build.currently I have two options.

1.Shappire Nitro RX 460 2Gb
2.Zotac Nvidia GTX 1050 mini 2Gb

I want to know which GPU is Better for gaming and Is more Overclockable.

Solution
Don't think I'd agree with by beats 1050ti by 20/25 fps part but yes... Of course we're not being asked about a 470 or a 1050ti. The 1050 still beats a 460 in most situations with very little power draw

What are you talking about? The RX 470 4GB beats the GTX 1050 Ti by 20-25 fps on average. nevermind the even weaker GTX 1050.

RX 470 4GB = AMD's GTX 970.

It does usually, but only consistently in DX12 it seems. DX11, after looking at benchmarks in this article, seems closer to 15-20 fps better than the GTX 1050 Ti:

Although the values for the RX 470 4GB are from a reference model, so I think ~20 fps better on average seems pretty accurate.

Power draw isn't really that noticable between the two, the RX 460 has single slot models without PCIE pins meaning it'll use purely the given 75W limit from the motherboard, showing the RX 460 is pretty low on power draw too.

The GTX 1050 is the better performer overall though.

The good news in all of this? For the first time in can remember all of the GPUs are priced where they should be and a pretty decent value at any performance level. The equally price cards trade blows and both perform very well per $

The official ''reference'' RX 460 doesn't use a PCIE cable:

Here the product page of the XFX RX 460 Core Edition that doesn't either:

Here a few more XFX models that don't need power connector:
