GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1060 Armor OC 6GB

Solution
You have an overclocking CPU paired with a non-overclocking motherboard. Since you didn't list an aftermarket CPU cooler, I am going to assume you do not intend to overclock.

CPU - Look toward the non-overclocking i5-7500 or i5-7600
MB - H110 / B150 / H170 would all be fine after a BIOS update ( to support the newer Kaby Lake CPU), but look toward the newer B250 or H270 with four memory slots.
SSD - Look toward the Crucial below or the Sandisk X400 or maybe the Intel 540s. The Sandisk SSD Plus is OK at best. The Samsung EVO would be nice if the price would come down.
HD - Better value on the 3TB.
GPU - Higher factory overclock on the Gigabyte below for less cost.
PSU - No. XFX, Seasonic, the EVGA G2 / G3 lineup, or filter through...

CASE FANS - Not needed. When not overclocking you really aren't building much heat. The stock case fans will be just fine.
