I'd swap the 960 GTX for a 1060 GTX 3GB and drop the PSU down to ~500W. I'd also follow Ecky's suggestion of either upgrading to 6600K or keeping the 6500 and going with a cheaper board and using the stock cooler.
Do you plan to try non-K overclocking the i5 6500? If not, it's a locked CPU so there's no need for an expensive Z170 motherboard and aftermarket cooler. It would work just as well with an inexpensive H110 or B150 board and the stock cooler. Alternately, you could spend a few dollars more and get an unlocked 6600K.
