Can my PSU handle a gtx 1070

So I have an msi nightblade mi, which is a prebuilt small form factor computer and I'm looking to upgrade my gpu from a gtx 960 to either a gtx 1060 or gtx 1070. I've heard that the gtx 960 has the same power usage as the 1060 so that should be fine but I was wondering if my psu (350w 80 plus bronze) will be able to handle the 1070. Here are my specs:

GPU: gtx 960 2gb
RAM: 1 x 8gb ddr3
CPU: i5 6400
Motherboard: some mini itx motherboard
some cd or dvd drive
PSU: 350w 80 plus bronze

To add on: I already know the gtx 1070 suggests minimum 500w PSU, but then again a gtx 960 recommends minimum 400w yet I've seen a million pre built computers with 350w psu and a 960 gtx or 1060 gtx. I also used this : http://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator
which is a power supply calculator and found that my specs with a gtx 1070 recommends a 323 psu. So I figured that my psu might be able to handle it. Finally found that the difference in power consumption between my current gpu and the gtx 1070 is 30W, which is about the power consumption of my cd drive so if I took out the cd drive and added the gtx 1070 the power consumption would be about the same.

This is just my research though, and I'm quite new to the whole "building a computer thing" so I would really appreciate some more experienced peoples' opinions :D

Both the 960 & 1060 are 120W cards, so *should* work.

The 1070 is a 150W card....

With the i5 (65W) the 1070 (150W) and ~100W for the balance, you're right around 315W max theoretical load.

If the PSU is good quality, it should run fine - provided it has the appropriate connectors.

I don't knw much about the PSU in there - I assume it's better than 'standard' pre-built PSUs, but can't say for sure.

That is super tight wattage wise. If the PSU is more than a couple years old(look at the capacitor aging on the PSU calculator) it very likely would have issues handling the load of a 1070. The MSI nightblade mi doesn't have a ton of ventilation either. Personally I would not go higher than a 1060 if it was my machine due to the wattage and heat of anything higher end.
