Can I connect two different radiator fans (same size) onto one 4-pin on the mobo?
Also, can I screw thos 2 fans onto both sided of a radiator of another brand?

Fans are standardized for the vast majority of sizes.
Any 120mm fan will mount to any 120mm mounting location.

Fan headers can be split without a problem, it is called a Y fan splitter.

So you can do what you're talking about - no problem at all.
