I have an AMD FX-8350 4.0ghz cpu. I plan on upgrading my gtx 780ti and was wandering what's the best performing graphics card either Nvidia or Radeon in there that works great with my cpu. No budget needed.

i'd upgrade the CPU first. that will provide you with a nice little performance boost in games. although it'll be interesting to see what happens with AMD and Intel when Ryzen is released later this month if you're able to wait just a bit.

PS - if you don't have a budget, the best GPU right now is the Pascal GTX Titan X (your CPU isnt going to let it be used to it's full potential though)
Upgrade your CPU first. An upgrade to a 780Ti would be a 1060/1070 and an FX 8350 would bottleneck those, especially the 1070.

An RX 480 might be a choice just because of the extra VRAM and added compatibility with DX12, but it wont be that much of an upgrade from what you have now in many ways.

Personally I would say go to GTX 1070 there maybe a CPU bottleneck but it still will provide you with more FPS than your seeing now, and on games that use the GPU more it will help. That being said a 1070 is more a 1440p target if your thinking about just gaming at 1080p I would look at RX 480 8GB or 1060 6GB which ever is cheaper.
