Front USB 3.0 Problem

I have had a quick look at the motherboard but have not found any obvious USB3 connectors.
However, there looks like something promising at the bottom left of the motherboard, with a lot of output pins.
It is possible it has no USB3 interface for the case, and all the USB3 functionality is just on the rear IO ports.
