Hmmm...8 year old PSU huh? That may be the culprit. Is there a way you can borrow a PSU from a friend to test it on your system to rule out your PSU? Also, when was the last time you opened and cleaned your PC?

alright so i cleaned up my pc with a hair dryer and the problem started
maybe the voltages were the problem
the 3.3v was low (2.9)
now it's normal
and i can play
but at first it crashed every time i launched a game
so idk
ill try to borrow my friend's tomorrow.
Hmm...The problem started after you cleaned your rig, but is running ok now? I may be a tad confused...or did you mean the problem stopped after cleaning? Dust can cause shorts, so that was why I was asking about the cleaning.
