Here are the specs:

i7-3770 3.4GHz
2x8 DDR3 RAM
128 GB SSD
Nvida Quadro K4000 3GB GPU
450W 80+ Bronze PSU
Windows 7 Professional

It has been used, was given to me a few days ago

Also, do you think an AMD HD 7970 graphics card will have enough power with the current PSU?

Cheers

Solution
The AMD 7970 is a powerhog. 450W would not be enough. I would value it at $500 in its current state used. Toss the 7970 and a 650W power supply and you could probably snag $600 easy out of it. Most of the value in the computer for people is going to be that they don't have to put it together themselves. Make sure it is stable before you sell it so it doesn't find its way back to you somehow with you on the hook for tech support.

Thanks for your response, what other graphics cards around the same price and performance would you recommend? Is the GTX 680 or 770 any better?
