Hello,
About 3 weeks ago I built myself a pc with this gigabyte g1 gaming gtx 1070.
It is working fine and does have nice temps and performance. But from the very first day I noticed that when the gpu reaches around 50C (depending on the fan profile), fans start to spin, but they make a brief rattling noise (lasting about 1/2 sec) and then work properly and quietly again. I did some research and some people that have this card do experience same noise when the fans startup. But some other people say that their card doesnt do so. So I am confused and I dont know if this is an issue or just a stupid design from gigabyte.

Any words about this would be appreciated. Especially from other people that own this card.
Thanks

(The noise doesnt bother me that much, I even set the profile for the fans to be ON all the time running at around 20% which is silent, but I dont want to live with the fact that my card might have an issue)

Its a stupid design by Gigabyte i had a 1060 with the same exact problem. I heard that its caused by the fan cable sticking out a bit if you use a small screwdriver you can take off the fan, and push in the ribbon cable away from the fan blades and it should* fix it if not, then i recommend a return it and get a different brand like MSI if you want to.. the warranty is 3yrs after all, your choice...
