So I have a bit of experience when it comes to building computers and had built a previous one with the help of my friend. After a few years I decided I wanted an upgrade, but I've ran into a problem after installing all of the parts. I upgraded the Motherboard, CPU, GPU and RAM but other than that the rest of the PC is the same and was fully functioning before I installed new parts.

Build:
Motherboard: ASUS Intel H110M-A/M.2 LGA1151 Socket H110 Chipset Support DDR4 Micro-ATX Format Motherboard
CPU: i5 6600K
GPU: ASUS TURBO-GTX1060-6G 6 GB
Ram: Crucial 8 GB DDR4 2133 MT/s (PC4-17000) DIMM 288-Pin Memory
Power: Corsair CX 600
Storage: WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 7200 RPM SATA 6 Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch

I use a HDMI cable to plug the TV into my desktop and use that as a monitor, the TV's resolution is 1080p which was what I was using on the previous build. My problem is that the HDMI outputs black, the TV recognizes the desktop is outputting but the screen is solely black. I've tried using several different HDMI cables but the same problem persists, I have tried VGA but the TV gives the error message "No signal".

To try and resolve the problem, we reinstalled all the old parts but we still got the same black screen. We even tried using one of the new parts with one of the old but still the same problem persists. I reinstalled the new CPU into the new Motherboard but no luck. I can confirm that all the case fan, gpu fan and cpu fan all spin, the motherboard lights up with a alternating solid and then flashing orange, and the gpu also lights up.

I've ran out of ideas, any suggestions on what to do will be much appreciated;
