Pc turns back on after shutdown or sleep..

Hi everyone :)
I'm new to this forum and new to all this pc building,so that's my first build :
CPU:Intel i5 6500 3.2ghz
GPU:Asus gtx 1060 rog strix oc 6 gb
RAM:2x8 GB RAM DDR4 2400 Mhz
Motherboard:Asus Z170 pro gaming

My pc turns on every time i shut him down,or use the sleep option...
Idk what can I do, hope that maybe someone can help me with the issue, and i'd love to hear your opinion about my new build (from a gamers point of view).

I would suspect a flaky keyboard or mouse, or a bad intel NiC setting (wake on magic packet I think it was)
Try issuing the "powercfg lastwake" command from an elevated command prompt*.

*Search for cmd
right click on the app that it finds then select Run as Adnministrator.
