I'm working on testing GPUs on a bench test rig. It has a fresh installation of windows 7 64bit. It has the current AMD Catalyst software (although I wanted to run 15.201) however, as soon as I start GPU stress test, the system crashes. I'm at a bit of a loss here and I think it may be a simple problem that I am overlooking. Anyone have any idea of what in the world the problem could be?

Test Bench Rig Spec:
MOBO: BIOSTAR H81S2 ver. 6.1
CPU: LGA1150 PENTIUM
GPU: SAPPHIRE R9 390
SSD: MUSHKIN 120GB
PSU: ROSEWILL CAPSTONE G750

Drivers were up to date.
So I got it figured out... Kind of. I switched to an ASRock MOBO and that seemed to solve my issue. So now I'm left wondering why the Biostar wouldn't work. Not entirely sure since I know the components are compatible as I have 500 machines running these motherboards already. They run Linux fine, just wouldn't rock the windows set up. Strange. If anyone has any other input, feel free to continue on this thread, I'm kinda stumped.
