Some one was building a pc of 700$ budget, i suggested him to buy rx 480 4GB with Antec Neo Eco II 550W. He said it will not cover that much and take thermaltake tough power grand gold series for long reliability. But I personally think for a 4gb one and within 700$ tight budget that was not any worse. Do i need a gold rated tier 2 psu for that gpu? And in the same tier, same series psu going from bronze to gold improves what??
