I need to set up a web cam or two that allows me to remotely view the stream on either a web address (can be internal to the network it is on like 191.168.0.10), or via app on iOS. I need to be able to zoom, pan left / right and up and down also remotely from the web or app.
The use of these cameras is for me to troubleshoot another location computer issues without having to continue to ask 'what do you see, did it print, what is the error on screen' etc.
I also do not want the cams to stream the feed unless the web page / app is visited to remove bandwidth issues.
Price is not too important, but I'd like it under $500 to start, and preferably in the $200-300 dollar range if able.
