gtx 1070 (asus) is stuttering

hey i just got my new 1070 about 2 weeks ago and i notice this weird stutter and its frustrating
its like every 30 seconds theres a stutter .

it stutters in games and youtube ,twitch,ect and sometimes in games like h1z1 when i get close to somebody i will freeze for like 30 secs

Download DDU and follow the steps that it states. This will completely remove your display drivers and then go to Nvidia's website and download the latest drivers. Hope it will fix your issue.

yes the drivers are up to date and no i am not overclocking and dont plan too
