I Purcahsed a GPU in november and installed it and ran just fine, but i realized that i didnt have the 2 connectors at first so i got a new pair that it needed. But the 2 connectors i got take 2 pins and convert it to an 8 pin connector. I Purchased the Sapphire R9 Nitro Fury and it takes 2-8Pin connectors, But the case fans i got need the connectors that i used to convert them to 8 Pin connectors. So i was wondering if i can only use 1 connector at the bottom that changes it to 8Pin or do i need to use both.

Do i need to use both or can i use one ( Example Image ( bottom two connectors )

Solution
You should not be using those adapters.
In general, adapters are never a good idea for powering a graphics card.

If your power supply does not have the proper connections to use with the card, you need to purchase a quality unit that does.
