Ive had my computer for about 3 months. Its been running fine ever since.

recently I downloaded a lot of programs to help me stream. Ive also downloaded programs that I deleted and I'm not sure they are fully deleted.
Also I might have programs running in the background (from task manager). I'm not sure which programs should be running and which ones I can quit/remove from startup.
I first noticed this when I started playing League of Legends today. before all my downloads I used to get 150+ fps on highest settings. Now I get a steady 60fps (and I mean steady) on highest settings. could it be from programs or OBS? Thanks for the help
