photonboy Titan Jun 20, 2006 21,567 13 85,015 Jan 9, 2017 #6 DDR4 since it's an i5-6400 On the off chance there is a DDR3L variant though use THIS tool: http://www.cpuid.com/downloads/cpu-z/cpu-z_1.78-en.exe (I guess HWINFO works the same) It tells you if DDR4 and should give the manufacture part no., you can type that into Google to double check.
