So I'm going to change my GPU from NVIDIA to AMD. I already measured everything. Space needed, PCIE, wattage etc.
But I'm confused in the drivers. Should I uninstall the NVIDIA drivers before or after changing the GPU?.
I've read various articles about changing GPU's but they keep alternating order. Some say uninstall drivers before changing GPU and others after putting the new GPU.
Or the order doesn't matter?
I don't wanna screw up D:

Uninstall current drivers using DDU, whilst your current Nvidia GPU is still installed:
http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

It asks you to uninstall them in safe mode, choose that option. After It's done uninstalling it'll show you 3 options, choose:
''Shut down PC to install a new graphics card'', or something along those lines anyway.

You choose that option, PC shuts down, you take out the Nvidia GPU and install the new AMD one, then you boot up the PC and install the latest AMD drivers. That's it.
