I'm looking to build a pc and I'm gonna be honest i really don't know jack shit, even though I've been researching my ass off. Anyway i want to know what's better the Asus z270 - a vs Asus z170 - deluxe and why, whether the Asus z170 - deluxe price will go down now that the new motherboards have come out, and if a asus z270 - deluxe will come it? Really appreciate the help!!!

Also there's not much difference between Z170 chipset and Z270 chipset. Here are two images,

With Z270 chipset, you can only gain CPU support for 2400 Mhz RAM (2133 Mhz on Z170), 24 PCI-E lanes (20 PCI-E lanes on Z170) and RAID support is optional (was included in all Z170 chipsets).
Both chipsets support Skylake and Kaby Lake CPUs. While on Z170 chipset, a BIOS update must be made prior to using Kaby Lake...
