if you will OC fatal1ty z170 k6 is good with 12 phase power deliveries for stability and durability, and has a good price / performane and has good looking too (my opinion).
Meanwhile for Asus it's good mobo too and has cosmetics RGB Led but Price will be a problem.

Instead of that why don't you pick the latest Z270 Chipset ???
