I recently bought an AMD A7860k APU(without a graphics card), i've seen some posts saying it will perform well on League of Legends but that doesn't seem to be the case for me even on low details(only around 30 fps). Could the ram be the bottleneck?

If you were using it with a graphics card that memory wouldn't be holding you back but an APU like yours needs fast memory for the graphics. As photonboy recommended above you really want DDR3 2133 or even better DDR3 2400 and you want at least 8GB in 2 x 4GB sticks so it can operate in dual channel mode. One stick of DDR3 1600 is bottlenecking the graphics core.
Yes.

You probably want a minimum 2133MHz in Dual Channel (two or four sticks).

The GPU is assigned some of that memory. It needs to be fast enough to not throttle it.

*You also need to assign enough memory to the GPU in the BIOS. I suggest 2GB unless you only have 4GB of system memory. (if so I'd get a fast 2x4GB kit).

Other:
You can buy a GTX1050 2GB card for $110 that would be a huge upgrade. If you have to buy more or faster DDR3 memory then perhaps consider that instead.

My windows is 64 bit, with a single stick of 8 gb ram and latest amd drivers. I live in Australia so the 1050 should be around $150 which i currently dont have. The ram specifications are DDR3 8 GB Single Channel 1596.8NB Frequency and around 800 DRAM frequency.

Im not sure how much VRAM is assigned though.

Which of these would be good, my mobo is the A68HM-E33 V2, according to other sources 2133 or 2400 is for hardcore gamers and 1866 would be sufficient.
