Hey there!
I will build a PC after the half of this year and I have only 500-650 euros budget. I chose the cpu, it is Intel core i3 6100, is it any good? I saw benchmarks and it does pretty well. But the GPU I'm not sure about. What one should I choose?? Rx 470 or Rx 480 or GTX 1060?? I want the best fps in 1080p in ultra settings.
Thanks for your help in advance! :)

There is NO POINT in asking us about computer parts for a computer that is months away.

I do suggest you play around with PCPARTPICKER as you can "build" a PC which allows you to balance parts in your budget. Don't forget the cost of Windows 10 Home 64-bit.

An i3-6100 is a good choice if the budget works out. I can make a test build, but by then AMD RYZEN or some other Intel CPU + motherboard combo may make more sense.

As for "ULTRA" it depends on the game. Don't expect miracles as I can't get Ultra on some with my GTX1080.

You should learn how to properly TWEAK games to get the proper balance of quality vs FPS. For example, use Adaptive VSYNC (force per game in NVidia Control Panel) then tweak settings...

You should learn how to properly TWEAK games to get the proper balance of quality vs FPS. For example, use Adaptive VSYNC (force per game in NVidia Control Panel) then tweak settings to 60FPS about 95% of the time.

Adaptive VSYNC auto turns VSYNC ON or OFF. So for 60Hz monitor you may want 60FPS VSYNC'd (to avoid screen tear) almost all the time, but when it drops you may want VSYNC OFF to avoid stuttering (though you'll get screen tear).

*The WORST thing you can do is simply crank settings up high and deal with the stuttering. It's very, very important to learn how to tweak games and using VSYNC or not is the start of the process. Always set the goal (VSYNC ON, OFF, Adaptive) and tweak towards that goal.

It's a limited budget, so that's about the best you can expect including the cost of Windows.

(i3-7100 + GTX1050Ti + 2x4GB 2666MHz DDR4)

It's not bad as it will run games similar to my i7-3770K + GTX680 setup did, but you won't be running ULTRA on demanding titles. You will run almost any titles at enjoyable quality settings if tweaked. That will play CRYSIS 3, and the quality settings won't look too different from ultra.

You can't expect to run ULTRA in demanding games without spending the money. That's why more expensive hardware exists after all.

Other:
If you had more money it would depend on the types of games you play where best to put it. If AMD RYZEN is cheap enough, then I suggest getting a quad-core CPU even if you have to increase the budget slightly.

*And get a motherboard with FOUR memory slots so you can add more memory. You could also put in a single, 8GB stick and get an identical one later though that may bottleneck some scenarios (two sticks for Dual Channel).

The RX-480 8GB is top of my list for the BUDGET that it costs but it's currently too expensive for your budget.
