What motherboard+processor should i get?

Hello everybody, this is my current build,
and i'm planning on getting a new motherboard and a new processor, its mainly for gaming so i need something good, i thought about i7 6700 but i dont know if my Power supply box can handle it.

so please suggest me something that will work with what i have :)
Box: Lancool Midi Tower PC-K62B Black Window

processor: Intel Quad Core I5 2500K Quad Core 3.3GHZ 1155 6MB + Scythe

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H-B3
Power:
Seasonic SS-750AT 750W Active PFC 4X PCI-E 62A/12V Single Rail

RAM: Corsair 4GB Single Stick Values Select Retail DDR3-1333 x2

Memory: Samsung 750EVO MZ750500 500GB SSD

Video card: GTX 970

the thing is that all of those components are 5-6 years old, except the video card, which i've bought about a year ago.

For gaming spec, I7 intel is not ok because later you will get some crashed upon playing the game.
Gaming spec CPU is only AMD. AMD is for gaming and Intel is for office build. Your power supply minimum should in range of 500-500watts plus minus of component watts reduction you will get 500watts in minimum. I suggest you to purchase power supply at 650watts normal spec for gaming power supply box.

If you want to change to AMD, you must change your motherboard as well. If you already change your mind for gaming pupose, intel is not suited.

yes but my power is 750W. it should be enough or not?
