recently i've been seeing this AMI screen upon cold boot.

and i couldnt find any error message on the screen
i can push F1 and proceed to the BIOS, and boot to windows without any problem.
however, i noticed that all my bios settings were reset to default, but the clock is showing the correct time.
i am curious about the reason that this screen is showing, and would like to get rid of it

asus z97k
i7 4790k
kingston hyper x fury 1600 1x8gb
wd caviar black 1tb hdd
galax gtx 970 hof
cooler master v650
windows 10 64bit
