I am planning to build a gaming pc in a few months (1080p gaming). First I wanted to get an asus dual gtx 1060 o3g and an i3-6100. But I'll have a bit more money to spend so I was thinking if getting an asus turbo gtx 1060 6g would be worth the money (40€ more) or an EVGA 1060 6g (20€ more). However it has only one fan. And also would I have to get a better, more expensive cpu to prevent bottleneck?

6G version is definitely worth it, and is much more future-proof. 3 gigs are slowly becoming obsolete, as games become hungry for VRAM.
Honestly, if you are thinking about more fans, it could be a bit quieter, but even a single fan would be quiet. You will get only a slightlymore boost clock and maybe some different cosmetics, but nothing serious. If you are spending more than 275, then you are doing too much.

No, that CPU sfhould be good. However, upgrading to the i5 would give you better performance in some CPU intensive games.
