The problem I am having is that in games, only tested with Overwatch, fps goes down really bad and there's a weird robotic sound my speakers are making.

I had this problem even on Youtube, it couldn't play videos correctly for some reason, but now it seems okay, the problem remains in Games.
I have the following brand new configuration, all parts were bought and assembled by me.
Inte Core i5-6402P 2.80 GHz Skylake, 6 MB, Socket 1151
MSI Z170A GAMING M3 Motherboard
HyperX Savage Black 8GB DDR4, 2133 MHz, x2
Corsair RM850X, 80+ Gold, Active PFC modular power supply
MSI GTX 1060 3GB 192 bit graphics card
Running Windows 10, last updated today.
I ran out of things to do, have no idea what's causing this.
EDIT: I have the latest driver downloaded using the nvidia app, the geforce experience.
