I have just upgraded my RAM and The new ram is physical larger and it is slightly pushing against the power cable for one of my hard drives. It is bending the motherboard by a millimetre or two not that noticeable but is this something to worry about, I plan to Upgrade my case in a couple of months for something with more room and better cable management . I Know that Most motherboard can flex a bit but i am more worried for the RAM slots will there be damaged or can i get away with it.

flexing the motherboard will put stress on it which will separate the contacts and slots from the PCB. it will probably last for some time but it will eventually break
how long do you think i can keep it like this as i might move my plans forward and upgrade my case at the end of January or the start of February. it is only flexing a tiny amount i only noticed that the end Ram sticks Looked closer at the top but only by 1 millimetre or so tiny amount.

Since the flex is minor, chances are good that you could get away with it for some length of time, but the truth is it's hard to predict... could be months, could be years. You just never know.
