I have 8gb of ram but only 3.12 is used

I have a Asus m4a785-m mobo and I just installed 4gb more of ram 8gb in total my os is 32bit windows 10 it recognize all 8gb but only 3.12 is usable I did msconfig and advance sitting thing still no change maybe I'm doing it wrong idk help plz

That's because your OS is 32-bit. You will need a 64-bit OS to use all of that memory. 32-bit operating systems have a 4GB limit, minus some reserved for PCI devices, which in this case uses about 0.78GB (probably 0.775GB) of memory.
