Specs:

Win7 64 Home Premium
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600k CPU 3.50 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980
MSI Z170A KRAIT GAMING
8GB DDR4
Corsair RM650i
Samsung SSD SCSI Disk Device
WDC WD10EZEX-00BN5A0 SCSI Disk Device

Basically, I got a load of BSOD's last week, but managed to fix them by resetting BIOS to optimized defaults. Yesterday I started to BSOD's again, with same error codes. Most of these happened while I was playing something, but sometimes I got them straight away when I logged to desktop. A couple of times my computer just froze completely with audio stopping as well.

Here is a link to some of my BSOD dumps from today and yesterday: https://www.dropbox.com/s/qbgtming7loj4d2/dumps.rar?dl=0

Things I've tried:
Updated all drivers and BIOS
Memtest86+ with 10 passes, 0 errors
Increased CPU and DRAM voltage
Driver Verifier

I tried Prime95 but my computer BSOD'd instantly when I tried the small ftt's test, and froze completely without BSOD when I tried large fft's. Today I managed to get the small fft test to run for 1-2mins after I re-seated the heatsink and CPU fan. Before BSOD's, my CPU temps are somewhere around 70C. While idle they're around 35C ( So nothing too high I suppose? )

I am not overclocking anything, I have changed the CPU voltage to 1.3 and DRAM to 1.4

Thanks for any help in advance.

Solution

39 isn't the default multiplier, 35 is.

39 is what your multiplier gets boosted to by Intel turbo boost 2.0. The multiplier is still technically 35 however.

What are your core and cache clocks for CPU?

EDIT: Read your not overclocking.

You really don't need CPU voltage at 1.3VCore with stock clocks. Bring it down, even the worst CPU's can operate normally at stock.
Same with RAM.

According to CPU-Z, my core speed is around 3900.00 MHz. Not sure about cache clocks, how do I check them?

Edit: Wait, does this mean that I am overclocking without knowing about it? The stock GHz is supposed to be 3.5 but CPU-Z gives me 3900.00 MHz = 3.9 GHz.

If you haven't overclocked anything, then don't worry.

But seriously, bring the voltages back to their defaults.

So, should I worry about the MHz being 3900/ 3.9 Ghz? My computer info says it's running 3.5Ghz... I also checked with Prime95 and it says 3.9Ghz.

3.9GHz is the turbo boost, nothing to worry about.

Did as you asked, I set all to optimized defaults, even though CPU-Z now shows that the core speed is around 3500-3600MHz ( Might have to do something with me setting the multiplier to 34 and then back to default 39. ) Running Prime95 stress test and so far no BSOD for 30 minutes. Odd, yesterday it BSODed right at the beginning of the test...
