So i've built a few pc's in my time and ive never been able to find a definite answer for this and i could use some help.
So i will be buying basically new everything (mobo, cpu, gpu and ram) and once i put all this together can i connect my old hard drives to the new build and boot from it, the hard drives are an SSD and a sata HDD. The thing i worry about is on these storage devices there are drivers from my current nvidia gpu and i will be upgrading to an AMD gpu.

Anytime you're making significant changes like the kind you're planning, it's always best to start with a fresh OS. Even though the drives may boot and load all of your new drivers, it could cause performance / stability issues. And let's face it, the Windows registry doesn't do the best job of cleaning itself up when mass driver changes are involved :)
