A rusty little combo I threw together... feedback or good to go?

Building a PC for a friend, after many years of no research.
Can any people better educated than me provide feedback on this build? - budget £1200, and £160 spent on two monitors.
Case is £20.

I chose the FX-8350 because it has always been a favourite and I haven't had a single problem with it in my current setup.
Some others say it will cause a bottleneck due to the power of the 1060 (which I have only just discovered).
I am unsure. I do need assistance!
Thanks

I personally would not purchase any current generation AMD due to the lack of performance when compared to Intel and its i5 and i7 lineup. If you are willing to wait a month or 2 the new Ryzen should be out and hopefully the performance of it will be as good as they have been stating. Also it is hopeful that they won't be as expensive as Intel. But if you must purchase now, I would definitely go with an Intel i5 or i7 build.

ram seems expensive, with a cheaper mobo, stock cooler, cheaper ram (4x4 might be better on DDR3, 2x8 on DDR4), a smaller/cheaper SSD you'll get to an i5 for the same price, if you drop to a i5-4790k then you might do even better, the difference between a top flight SSD and a slightly lower tier is minimal, but between the fx and the i5 is massive.
