In February i can either upgrade my cpu to something like the i5 6600 (Or 6600k is there a significant improvement?) and get a Gigabyte H110M-S2H Motherboard, i would also have to upgrade to some DDR4, or just upgrade my gpu to a evga 1060 6gb sc

I think that it's about time you considered a new build. I'm not trying to be a dick, but current AMD processors are fairly weak when compared to i5 or i7 CPUs and the A series AMD are weaker still. Then there is your GPU. It is a lower end gaming GPU. While this card may work decent for you if you were to upgrade to an i5 (socket 1150 and use same RAM or socket 1151 with DDR4 RAM), you will most likely want to upgrade it within a year. For a new build without overclocking, I would get a i5 6500, a B series mobo, 16gb of DDR4 and an SSD (about 240-256gb for OS). Once you've bought that stuff, put your GTX 960 in there and play. If you feel like you aren't getting the gaming performance that you require, upgrade to a GTX 1060 or 1070. Once you've done that, you'll have a nice system,

Thats insanely expensive, at least £500, i feel like the i5 6500 upgrade with the mobo and ram would be more my price range
