I3 6100 with hd7850 low fps

Hello everyone!i recenty change my pc build from an fx 6300 to intel i3 6100 using the same gpu hd7850 2gb oc! I play cs:go!in graphics settings i get as reccomented high and global shadow quality low as auto but with fx 6300 alla recommened settings was very high!also the tecture filtering mode auto set to anisotropic 4x and when i change it to 16x i cant even join a game and play only watch!i feel a little bit cheated from all the forums an youtube videos that said that i3 is better from fx at gaming as a result of a better single core performance!maybe i did something wrong with the drivers or is that graphics downgrade with the intel at cs go is normal?thank you
