Can a standard ATX motherboard fit in a Dell Optiplex 960 Mini Tower?

I am looking to replace the motherboard in the Dell Optiplex and upgrade it. However, I keep getting different results that the mini tower's mobo is a BTX, or how it is an ATX style case. My question is, can a standard ATX motherboard fit in a Dell Optiplex 960 Mini Tower?

BTX motherboard are not longer produced and haven't been for years. Yes that board is BTX, but even if it was ATX its too small for a full size ATX board. A Micro ATX may have fit (dimensionally, except Dell and HP also tend to use their own screw patterns too, ugh), but in this case, the ports being backwards means you really can't get anything in there.

You're going to need to replace the case and board.
