Good PC build for 2016-2017 aaa games?

Is this a good PC? All I plan on doing is running games on 60fps on high to ultra settings for maybe 2-3 years probably less and I don't have the power supply it says on the build, I actually have the coolmax v-500 and if there's anything I need to change please tell me. I already have the ram, the power supply and the processor. It came with the wraith cooler. Pc : http://prntscr.com/du1s5n

For gaming, even an i3 6100 is a better idea. You can get those with a motherboard combo, so that helps. You would need DDR4, also. You may be able to pull off an i5 6500, with an H110 board, and stay in budget, since you are getting your hardware cheaper, at microcenter.

Ok so i guess my budget right now is around $300 um so I guess I need to by a new power supply, the amd fx 8350 was $150 is there any CPU around that price range? I can return it to microcenter but I need to hurry since there was only a 15 day return
