I'm planning to buy the b150m model from msi and i5 7400 at the same time but I'm am worried on how can I update its bios for supporting the kaby lake processors.

Ask the seller if it comes with the latest BIOS installed. If not, ask him if he can do the update job, else, you will need to search a CPU allowed by the current BIOS installed in that motherboard.
