Processor: i3 6100
Motherboard is an Asrock Fatality K4 Gaming/Hyper
BCLK OC'ed to 4 GHz
After OCing, HW monitor does not show CPU temps, CPU Temp says 100 degrees celsius and the new HW Monitor doesn't show temps either

Solution
You can only overclock an i3 6100 with BCLK overclocking. Doing a BCLK overclock disables some features on the CPU, including the temperature sensors. That's why you're either not getting a reading, or getting a completely wrong reading.

So is it possible to do a BCLK without disabling temp sensors? If not, then how will I know if my processor is stable?

UPDATE: Is CPUTIN an accurate temperature reading?

You can't BCLK overclock without disabling the temperature sensor. You pretty much have to play it by ear as far as temperatures go. Best you can do is get the best CPU cooler you can and keep your voltages reasonable, eg. 1.4 or lower and hope you don't overheat. It's why BCLK overclocking isn't that great an idea if you don't have a lot of overclocking experience and have a rough idea of what your temperatures are likely to be.

CPUTIN could be anything, but it isn't your CPU core temperature.

I've been running prime95 for about 45 mins now and the CPU Package max is 47 and the air coming out of the back of the case is cool, actually. I'm running a corsair H50 so I think I might be good.

BTW Voltage is 1.245 volts. I think I'm going to set it to 1.320 or something with 4.2-4.5 Ghz and run the test again. I mostly pay attention to CPU Package and the motherboards CPU temperature.
