Setup:
i7 6700k
ASUS z170-A
16GB of Crucial Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 ram
MSI GTX 1060
Crucial MX300 m.2/mSATA SSD
Just assembled my new pc but having issues getting my Crucial mx300 set up. I've updated to the latest BIOS (3007), made sure that SATA Express and AHCI is selected in the BIOS, and tried installing the correct drives during the Windows 10 installation to no avail. I'm so confused at what it could be. Is there a process to getting the drive initialized? The weirdest part is the SSD isn't a PCI-E SSD but an mSATA drive but when I select M.2 instead of SATA Express it actually shows in the BIOS. That's as far as I've gotten.
Any help would be greatly appreciated guys. And I'll owe you a beer, or three.
