Windows 7 Not responding NEED HELP FAST

My friends pc has a big problem his pc keeps "not responding" when he clicks a program like gta v minecraft (cs go works for some reason) and other stuff even his windows update is not responding anyone know a fix?. (its a new pc he just got it)

-its windows 7 d;

- he has a 64bit os but has a 32bit gpu

That's not a 32bit GPU but it does have both 32 and 64bit drivers. I would first look for corruption or bad sectors on you drive. Download WD's data lifeguard to test the HD. If it's OK try reinstalling the game.
