Thermal Pads For EVGA GTX 760?

I bought this off eBay a year or so ago for $80 and discovered to my dismay I had to run the fans at 70% to keep off of 90C under a half load. So I figured I needed new thermal pads, and I'm not sure which ones would be good. I have thermal paste, AS-7. So which would you recommend to me?

To be honest I'd try just reapplying thermal paste on the GPU itself. As long as you take care when disassembling it, the old pads should be reusable. At that time you can clean the fan too, possibly lubricate the fan hub if it doesn't seem to spin freely. I'd suggest watching videos on Youtube of people doing this sort of thing, just to get an idea of potential tricky parts.
